It all started in Louisiana, where my dad worked for ExxonMobil, providing for our family while setting an example of dedication and resilience. My mom, equally hardworking, balanced her career with the Louisiana Board of Ethics and ExxonMobil while running a family-owned tax business alongside my dad. Together, they showed my three brothers and me what it meant to build something from the ground up — not just a career, but a legacy.
We learned not just about industry but also about integrity, commitment, and the importance of doing things correctly. Whether it was watching my dad head to the plant, my mom balancing work and entrepreneurship, or helping with the family business, the message was clear: Hard work pays off, but only when it's done with heart.
Following in those footsteps, I built my career in the energy sector, gaining valuable experience with industry leaders like Dow Chemical. Today, I continue to work as a Senior Project Engineer at CAM Integrated Solutions, overseeing complex projects while pursuing a vision of entrepreneurship — the birth of Liberty Waste Pros.
